Please read carefully the detailed instructions for authors on-line.
Papers submitted which deviate significantly from the Journal style will be returned to the corresponding author for correction prior to copy editing
GENERAL Prefix ALL electronic files with the manuscript ID NUMBER that your paper has been assigned, e.g. GGR-0123. Use 'text', 'Fig' and 'Tab' with numbers to identify file contents, e.g., GGR-0123_Tab1.
TEXT Do not use complex indentation of text; LEFT JUSTIFY all text. Do not use complex heading types available in packages such as Microsoft WORD. Use "NORMAL" style throughout. Do NOT use desk top publishing software to lay out your paper. Do not use footnotes in the text. Do not EMBED tables, line figures or pictures in the body of the text Clearly indicate the HIERARCHY OF HEADINGS intended, either by the use of number/letter codes, or in pencil on submitted hard copy.
REFERENCE LIST Adhere strictly to the Journal house-style. Do not abbreviate Journal, book or special publication names. Make a final check that all cited references in text, figures and tables are compiled in the reference list, and that there are no redundant references.
TABLES Do NOT embed tables in the body of the text. Save each table as a SEPARATE FILE. Microsoft Excel files are PREFERRED for the submission of tabulated material. Separate textual material which is appropriate as table explanatory footnotes from the table caption. Incorporate caption and footnote text in each table file.
FIGURES Submit each separate figure as a SEPARATE FILE. The use of GREY and hairlines is discouraged. Pay careful attention to patterning/greyscale in designing figures. Do NOT include author names or any normal caption text in graphics files. Do not place unnecessary boxes or borders around conventional plot figures. Use sans serif fonts such as HELVETICA or ARIAL, of minimum size 8pt. Abbreviations used in figures MUST be consistent with those allowed by the Journal. Consult the lists in the AUTHORS' GUIDE (see above). Submission of diagrams as EMBEDDED OBJECTS in Microsoft WORD is DISCOURAGED. Please supply files as recommended graphics programs (e.g., Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop), or in the following file formats: TIFF (for continuous
tone [photographs], either as greyscale or CMYK colour spaces,
at 300 dpi resolution);
